Real Estate Broker Licensing Classes

Each 4 class session completes 15 total course hours and includes one 15m break each class
Students receive six (6) elective CE course hours per each fifteen (15) hour class completed towards the 2024 CE cycle

Real Estate Brokers Principles & Practices:
The purpose of this course is to enable new brokers to:

  1. Determine the best way to legally structure a real estate brokerage business
  2. Understand the implications of doing business as a GP, LLC, LLP or Corporation
  3. Prepare an appropriate brokerage office policy and procedures manual
  4. Develop a useful business plan for their real estate brokerage company

Upon successful completion of this course, new Brokers will be able to:

  1. Distinguish between different types of legal entitie
  2. Determine the best practices for managing a real estate brokerage
  3. Train and supervise employees and independent contractors
  4. Develop a plan for advertising and marketing their real estate firm.

Real Estate Brokers Legal Compliance

The purpose of this class is to learn to:

  1. Take responsibility for training and supervising salespersons and office staff
  2. Fulfill ethical and fiduciary duties;
    3.know the implications of doing business as a GP, LLC or Corporation
  3. Comply with Fair Housing laws
  4. Understand the CFPB requirements for residential closings.

Upon successful completion of this course, new Brokers will be able to:

  1. Recognize your role and responsibilities as a broker
  2. Identify best practices in the real estate industry
  3. Demonstrate proper and ethical behavior for brokers 
  4. Apply the real estate laws and regulations correctly
